Questions, bug reports, or trouble with the app? Email [email protected] and include your app version (Settings → About) if you can.

If you're in the beta, the fastest path is the in-app feedback form (Settings → Send Feedback) — it sends only the message you type, plus an email address if you choose to add one.

Privacy questions & data requests

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, email [email protected]. You can also export or delete everything yourself at any time in Settings → Privacy & Compliance — no request needed.

A note on your health data

MediWall support can't see your records — your health data lives only on your device, and we have no servers that hold it. Please don't include medical details in support emails; we never need them to help you with the app.
